there are rumors here in calgary that they are getting close in geting him here, peter mahr our radio guy said that sutter is trying hard, any news there..honestly???

There are no rumors whatsoever. Fleury is suspended until about the end of November or beginning of December. Even then his suspension is not automatically lifted. He has to apply to be reinstated. For all intents and purposes he is gone from Chicago. Smith won't talk about what happens if he is reinstated. Odds are hawks pray that he's not and if he is, we do anything to get rid of him. Odds are no one takes him off of waivers since no one did last time. If Calgary is willing to actually give us anything in a trade, fine. If not, we buy him out. If Calgary wants him after that, they're more than welcome to have him.
