Hey all,
I am an Oilers fan and am wondering if I could get some opinions of DD this year. He seems to have raised his level of play since getting cut from team Canada. But his numbers are still not up with some of the other WHL goalies. Are the Blazers just really bad and is he left hung out to dry most nights?
Any thoughts would be great.

through the first part of the season I thought he would let in some pretty weak goals but since christmas he has steadly got better and better, his stats are going to be high because the team in front of him is as far as I know is the youngest in the whl. It is not uncommon for him to face 40 plus shots each night. I have to say at the trade dead line I was hoping he would be traded, but know he has changed my mind.
He has been one of the stars in most of the blazer games this year, and is one of the main reasons the team has climbed out of the basement into a playoff spot in the last month. I have to say though that when he does become your goalie that he sucks when they play the canucks (if they ever play again)
