Carson out again...

First game back after a concussion he knocks himself out in the first five minutes of the game trying to lay a big hit on a Giant.haha

He tried to hit Watt but J.D. got his arms up to defend himself just in time. Tough break for Carson.

That was brutal. Poor guy.

Has anyone heard the extent of his injury tonight? I missed the end of the game and didn't hear any updates on his condition.

He was just defending himself, but that still a nice forearm shot right to Carson's head. He didn't look in good shape at all. He went down like a sack of potatoes, and he tried to get up, fell down, and crawled half way towards the bench before collapsing. He needed assistance to the dressing room. From the looks of it, he might be out for a while.....

I don't know, from the sounds of things it wasn't overly clean from Watt, as opposed to Carson knocking himself out.

I think that's why Ladd dusted off the gloves and danced with Watt later in the game.

Watt's a tough kid. He'll take on anybody that wants a piece of him. That is probably the same reason Dupont got into a scrap with Watt as well.

Either way I don't think it was intentional. Watt was getting his hands up in self defense. That is just a common reaction that is difficult to stop. Especially in the heat of the moment.

Carson actually suited up last night....apparently, he only had the wind knocked out of him and the team kept him out of the rest of the game just for percaution.....
