Hey everyone, what are people's thoughts on the itrip, i just bought one and it seems to only work someof the time. Is it hit or miss with customers or do people find it a great product to use?

The absolute best sound you will get is that of a crappy FM station. To me it's not worth it. I returned it. What you might want to look into is to see if your deck has an auxillary input. Then you could hook it up with an adapter so you could plug in your ipod. 2112 01-19-2005, 04:02 PM I've got one for my iPod and it works great...:dunno: SingnBluesOnBroadway 01-19-2005, 04:18 PM Hey everyone, what are people's thoughts on the itrip, i just bought one and it seems to only work someof the time. Is it hit or miss with customers or do people find it a great product to use? I have the same problem. But it never seems to work. mmbt 01-20-2005, 03:25 PM It's very car dependent. On my car, where I live, it's been nearly flawless. Take the same iTrip and iPod to a different car, and I end up with static even driving through the exact same areas. HughJass* 01-23-2005, 04:00 PM I actually finally received my iPod & iTrip recently free via buying a Ford Focus. Only used my iTrip yesterday, but I must say it's handy. I probably wouldn't like it much if I paid for it, though, because getting FM quality sound from it isn't cool. I must find another way to hook this up to my home theater. The Sports Gorilla 01-23-2005, 04:17 PM If you're handy, you can connect any MP3 player to some decks directly, for much better sound. Some decks have 'AUX' inputs on the back, and you can get an adapter that will allow you to plug your MP3 player in with the 1/8" headphone jack. | ||
