It will capture whatever sound you hear coming from your speakers. It's not perfect, but that's what I do. It's not perfect, but that's what I do.Even more simple than that if you only want to record it and not edit it, just use the Sound Recorder that comes with Windows. As for a sound edit program, I'd recommend Sound Forge.
