Dumb IE font size problem

Every once in a while on computers I use the font size that web pages display mysteriously expands overnight or between uses. For instance if I go to the Yahoo main page all the different links and stuff are too big for the page, so there's a left-right scroll bar on the bottom of the screen. Despite the fact that this happens to me often I always forget how to fix it. I think the problem usually magically goes away just like it magically happens, but if anyone could tell me how to make the fonts normal again I'd appreciate it.

I don't know about IE, but in FireFox, you press Ctrl and - to make the font smaller and ctrl and + to make the font bigger.

P.S., in IE press on View then Text Size.

you can also got to were File, Edit, View, Favorites, Tools and Help at the top of IE.
