My sister spilt Pepsi on the keyboard :(

all the keys are fine but a little sticky, the Space Bar is the problem, it's still works but it's really REALLY sticky, is there anyway I can clean the sucker? I'd like to avoid removing the keys if possible but whatever works best I'll try.

also preferably Lo-Tech as untill next Friday I have a grand total of $4.09 in the bank(bought my mom a big $900 gift for christmas)

Usually, on "normal" PC keyboards with high-raised keys, the spacebar is supported by a long, thin metal rod hooked into a few plastic rises. You can safely pry it off of those, being careful not to snap any of the plastic holders. Once you get everything cleaned up, just insert the rod back into the spacebar and then clip it back onto the keyboard frame.

Thanks it's helped a bit it's not sticking as much now, it's pretty dirty I'll probably take a damp cloth to it or something tomorrow.
