Al Montoya earned the W. He left the game after stoppping all 15 shots he faced so Schneider could get some time in nets.

I hope this team doesn't get embarrassed on home ice, that would kill me lol.
How far do you think they have a chance of going? Is Canada the best team, maybe too hard to beat?

of course TSN is proclaiming Canada the best WJC team ever, but that happens every year.
The US have a lot of talent up front... good defense (tho not quite Canadas level), and IMO the best goalie in the tournament which gives the US as good a chance as any team. US won last year so they are the team to beat in my mind anyway :D

I imagine they'll only show the medal rounds if the US makes it to those rounds...

Yea I remember seeing Dawes playing last year(hes on Canada). I dont remember what channel it was though.
