Darin Olver...

for those keeping track, 18 points (14 assists) in 16 games. Had five assists in two games against Alaska-Fairbanks last weekend. Not sure how good Alaska is, but their goaltender's put-up pretty respectable numbers this season (2.50 GAA, and I believe about a .910 save %).

Thats very good to hear. Seems like a streaky player. But has some good talent.

He has a decent wrist shot and from what i understand he hasn't been utilizing it at all this season.

The talent is certainly there but he needs to show up every night and he needs to get his head into the game more.

Personally i think his skill level is higher than graham. Bruce has size going for him, but on a skill for skill basis it's Darin. But he just seems to drift out there sometimes. When he wants to turn it up he can, but other nights he sleepwalks.

There is no reason he shouldn't shoot more with his wrist shot. None.

Uh-oh. Too much floating? Has he been spending time with skidmark?
