Funny story that slightly involves Ragulin told by former Team Finland (and the WHA Winnipeg Jet's) player and team manger Heikki Riihiranta. Back in the 60's or 70's Finland were playing an exhibition game against the Soviets. The score was something like 8-0 for CCCP, when during the second intermission their interpreter came to the Finnish locker room and said that "if you don't stop hitting Ragulin in the nuts, we're going to start playing seriously!" The game finished something like 10-1 for the Soviets.

Ok, it looks like I remembered that story incorrectly. It was Maltsev that got hooked in the 'nads and it was at the '70 Worlds and the Soviets lead 10-1 at that stage and won eventually 16-1.
