Was suprised to see walking back stage, no other than Jamie Langenbrunner at the Metallica concert at the CAA October 22. We had seats next to the back stage entrance (ie. visitors locker room, Metallica played in the round). By the time we figured out it was Jamie, he was already out of view) By the time he came back out, Metallica was already on stage. Nice to see Jamie has good taste in music

Yeah I happened to see a lot of people there as it was a great show. I was hanging out with Booker from 92.3 Krock/Sirius radio Octane channel... He told me there were many popular people at the Metallica show... I was in GA near the stage towards where they came out to the stage... :D

Yesterday, Jay Pandolfo laced ‘em up to join his former teammates on the ’95 NCAA Championship team—Chris Drury, Mike Grier and Shawn Bates—and 8 other NHL players, Tony Amonte, Adrian Aucoin, Rick DiPietro, Shawn McEachern, Dan Lacouture, Scott Lachance, Tom Poti, and Scott Young, in Boston University's alumni game. The alums also included former Terriers Joe Sacco, Chris O’Sullivan and Mike Sullivan, the Bruins coach, who was a player-coach. Travis Roy served as honorary captain.

The ex-Terriers beat the current BU varsity. 9-5. Drury, who holds the all-time BU goal scoring record of 113, scored a hattrick. Pando assisted on two of Drury’s goals. Chris Bourque, son of new Hall of Famer Ray Bourque, scored his first goal as a collegian. Bourque was one of 10 freshmen skating for BU who, a year removed from high school and junior competition, found themselves skating against a collection of NHL stars.

Was at the game and let me tell you, the NHL players made the Terriers look like little kids. Dipietro made this perhaps the funniest game that I have ever attended. He is probably my second favorite goalie now.
