Anyone has a reference about the main NHL rules changes since the 1970's?

I'm looking for the year some specific rules were introduced like the permission to use the hand to move the puck in the D zone and the decision to not let the teams play 4 on 4 when two guys were penalyzed at the same time. Or any rules which intended to favor the defensemen and goalies.

Found this (http://www.rauzulusstreet.com/hockey/nhlhistory/nhlrules.html), but I don't see anything about the hand pass rule. They do mention this under '92-'93:

No substitutions allowed in the event of coincidental minor penalties called when both teams are at full strength.

Thanks a lot! This is a great reference! I remember the hand pass was allowed somewhere in the beginning of the 80's.

Someone will surely find the date.

That 92-93 rule change was putting it back the way it was, ie reversing the Oilers rule. They changed 4 on 4 because of the Oilers in the 85/86 season.

Can't find the hand pass rule, it's not mentioned under the "Major changes" section in the Official Guide Book.
