Tri-Cities killed off seven Everett power plays to improve to 34 of 36 (94.4 percent) against the man advantage -- despite three of its best defenders on the injured list -- drawing praise from Constantine.
"Mark my words, they will be the best team in the league when they are healthy," Constantine said.
"I look for them to win the U.S. Division."
