Any scouting reports for us? I'd like to hear more about Scurko and Farmanara (I saw them myself, but thats just one game)

To be honest, I wasn't at that game but I will be at the rematch Saturday night and will be happy to provide some reports after that.
Buannan 10-05-2004, 09:15 PM farmanara is a great skater...fast...good with the stick and puck..his weakness last year was stamina...but as a rookie, I would have expected that last year
I haven't seen him play a game yet this season..just saw him at training camp..but he was one I picked out to watch last year
this year's rookie to watch is fadden..followed by mcewan
in my opinion anyway
gibber1600 10-08-2004, 11:25 AM Thanks for the update!!
Avery4Byng 10-08-2004, 12:56 PM McEwan is a beauty. On the ice the kid will fight anyone, anywhere. Had like 500 PIM's in the KIJHL last year.

Buannan 10-10-2004, 11:08 AM McEwan has hockey skills too though...he's not just a goon...I think he'll develop into a decent physical player
regarding last night's game against portland...never in my life have I seen linesmen so determined to NOT have a single fight...and they pretty much succeeded
when big snake jumped farmanara, that linesman almost threw him against the boards he was so physical with him...it was kinda cool to see
would have been nice if they'd let a fight or two or three develop..but, then again, it might have ended up a line brawl
kudos to the linesmen for keeping control of the game like they did
dafranchz 10-10-2004, 12:12 PM Nice to see Gagnon drop in another goal. :yo:

I'm guessing they wanted to keep control with it being our home opener, against Portland, RBS's first game back, etc. The linesmen did a great job. Herman on the other hand...

oh yeah...absolutely...if they had let even one real fight go...they would have lost control...they really did a good job
yeah...then there's herman....sigh

I would be but I like having different names everywhere. Makes it hard for people to follow me. I have some I never tell so no one ever knows. More fun that way, especially on the Portland board. :joker:
Thunderbird107 11-07-2004, 12:32 AM Played hard for 44 minutes. Luckily those 4 minutes were the last 4 to get the game winner. Final score 3-2 Seattle. Season series 3-0. So far so good.
Gagnon continues his goal scoring streak now at 4 games.
