Who is the all-time leading NHL points-getter to never have scored ten goals in a single regular season, how many total points did he have, and what is the most goals he scored in a single regular season?

I don't know if this is the answer you're looking for, but the LA Kings didn't have a single #1 pick lace up for any games during the 90-91 season. Larry Robinson was closest - drafted #20 overall, but at a time when that was a #2 pick.

This much travelled player accumulated an interesting pile of statistics on one of his stops. Over 3 seasons he played 19 games with this team accumulating 6 goals, 13 assists for 19 points. Pretty pedestrian. But one magical year in the playoffs he played in 11 games, scored 9 goals (with 0 assists) and set a record for number of goals in a single playoff series with 6. Who is he?

If I might quote myself from the All-X2 Draft:

a versatile player that appeared in 7 all-star games as a left winger and a defenseman

Doug "Diesel" Mohns (http://www.dougmohns.com/bio.php3)

The NHL records for NJ do include the KC and Colorado years (check the official guide and record book). The same goes for the other franchise shifts (i.e. Atlanta/Calgary, Quebec/Colorado, Minnesota/Dallas, Winnipeg/Phoenix, Hartford/Carolina). Gilbert had 2 shorthanded goals in his rookie year 1974/75, which was the team record at that time (tied with Simon Nolet).

I don't have the book handy here at work but when I was reviewing it last night for the relocated teams and under 'team records' it lists the number for the highest (or lowest) achievement including the prior locations (not both). i.e. the Carolina Hurricanes team record for points by a left wing was listed as Sylvain Turgeon with 79 in 1985-86 (i.e. in Hartford).

Doug Harvey?

He never led NHL defensemen in goals. He had a career best of 9 goals in a season. He was a great passer but not much of a goal scorer.

Correct.

Not sure where you got your numbers, but they're a little off. Mohns didn't lead 7 times for sure. He didn't beat Kelly until he hit 20 in 1960. A few years after that he went to Chicago where he played mostly at lw, so those years shouldn't count as defenseman totals.

I'm pretty sure Kelly should be 9 and Orr 7 as well.

My question:

Name the NHL coach having the worst Regular seasons Win-Lose diff. (career, not single season).

Name the NHL coach having the worst Play-Off Win-Lose diff. (career).

Of players that have led the NHL in shots on goal in a season, who has had the worst shooting percentage?

I'll guess Esposito, he had some huge shots on goal back in the day,,

Nope, he also had some big goal totals to go with the shots.

Hint: he's one of only two defensemen to lead in shots.

Correct. Ray had a league leading 210 shots in 1994-95 and 12 goals for 5.7%. The other defenseman was Bobby Orr.
