Of course we're the underdogs; as my Irish friends would say, "Jesus, Murrey and Joseph, of course we're down, but Moses Christ, come on!"

Just coin toss math, we're 3-1 dogs. Thank you, Chris Cuthbert (lol) for providing the intense historical precedents (lol) explaining why someone who needs to win two coin-flips is a 3-1 dog (lol).

But let's say that our 50% win is low because Calgary's hack squad is better than we think.

45% to win a game? that's over 20% to win the series.

40% to win? 16% run it.

even as low as 25%, i.e. "worst team in the NHL on the road, against the best team in the NHL at home?" That's 6.3%

I can't think of a single chess game, a single pot in poker, a single bowling match (shut up, I did that too!) where I'd EVER give up such free equity.

Are we a dog now? For sure.

Do the hockey gods love teams like ours, beaten to piss by skill-less hack squad shit-stains like Calgary? Doubly for sure <3

See you all in game four, is what I'm saying <3
