If you're really into fitness and nutrition, chances are smoothies are a big part of your diet, so I thought a thread to share smoothie recipes would be a good idea
Here's mine:
3 and a half cups of cold water
4 ice cubes
1 tablespoon of hemp protein powder (vanilla)
1 tablespoon of plant protein powder (vanilla)
1 scoop of Progressive VegeGreens
1 scoop of Progressive PhytoBerry (antioxidant formula)
1/4 cup of a 50/50 mix of whole oats and raw buckwheat
1 teaspoon of hemp hearts
1 teaspoon of ground flax seed
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
1/2 tablespoon of unsweetened shredded coconut
1 tablespoon of all-natural peanut butter
1/4 teaspoon of nutritional yeast
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
ground pepper
Himalayan pink salt
cinnamon
1 frozen banana
1 cup of frozen fruit (pineapple, strawberries, peaches, or mango)
1 cup of frozen spinach
1/3 of a frozen avocado
3 pitted dates
I have 2 of these a day, and then eat a big dinner
