Desmith: 1x1.485

These don't feel particularly accurate to me. especially Joshua, probably because he's been a late bloomer. I'd gladly do all of these deals (in a vacuum) aside from Cole/Lindholm/Desmith

Those look very strange from rumoured numbers but mostly because of the years on a bunch of those.
