Best #2 Overall team Since 2000-2001 Group A Match 1: 2006 Ottawa vs. 2011 Washington

Following the great success of the #1 overall tournament, I'm going to do one for the #2 overall teams since 2000-2001.

As with the other tournament this will be a 4 group 4 teams per group round robin tournament with the top 2 teams from each group making the playoffs.

Our 1st match is the 2006 Senators and the 2011 Capitals:
