I'm fine with Ross on the roster as a 13/14 F and rotating in for certain games as needed, but he just doesn't do enough with his shifts to have him in there nearly every night. 30-40 games is plenty if we are trying to take a step forward next year.

We need 4th line wingers who can play with more speed/desperation, get after it on the forecheck and create some havoc. An enforcer/intimidator is fine but they need to be able to skate.
