Haha, well played.F this team. Shooting their long term future in the foot.
Time to jump on Bullets bandwagon. Now there's a team that knows how to tank.

And for a team that lacks the luxury of resting players in one of the final few games before the playoffs - absent something like winning 9 of their next 11 - managing minutes becomes even more critical. Having your best/better players limp into the playoffs out of breath is not a recipe for success. On the AA thing, my concern with it is the impact on Carlson. If someone isn’t playing much, someone else has to take the extra time, and that especially applies to defensemen. And it seems like it’s all falling on Carlson. He’s been a workhorse for his whole career, but he’s not a young man anymore and I think fatigue is definitely setting in in the form of defensive mistakes. Obviously at this point every game counts so much, but you can’t expect Carlson to push this many minutes every night.
Honestly I gave the game a run for its money but at some point I had to throw in the towel. Just too strong of an opponent.Haha this game is drunker than @AlexBrovechkin8
yes! Feel it ….. it’s goodI’m one drunken night away from buying a Strome jersey, I swear I’m not scared
I’m not comparing 1-5D with their 2018 counterparts, although it’s worth the remembering we won a cup playing Djoos at 6D at those kind of minutes. A lot of the time success is more about the ability of a small number of guys to take on a disproportionate amount of responsibility and minutes successfully, than to have a ‘complete’ lineup.Alexeyev shows some good signs at times but still isn't trusted to play 15 min a night. Let us be real, Caps can't have 6 D in their lineup but only go with 5 of them the majority of the game. If Alexeyev can't consistently give 15 mins a game, then you have to dress someone else.

And Orpik! We had 3 good workhorse D doing the heavy lifting then (Carlson, Orlov, Niskanen)…..not so much now…
And Orpik!
Edit — Orpik (17+) and Kempny (16+) contributed some good minutes. It was a pretty balanced effort all around
I just went and looked. Have 5 Dee averaging close to 19 minutes or more. Even Alexyev is averaging 12. So maybe they will start giving him more minutes again.

I went with the Elysian Space Dust.$19 get yourself a 19 oz sierra nevada torpedo .. 9.2%, tastes good, hits hard.
Cutwaters at 12.5% but Id need a cup of ice and thats probably extra
or just drink some beers before hand.
Im never too pressed to drink during games .. but I also am a beer snob and it has to be good beer, within 45 days fresh etc.
