Beginners: Getting started in inline hockey

Hey everybody-

I've plated eleven years of competitive ice hockey, but this year I want to try something new- inline hockey.

I've always loved cruising around on roller blades, and the thought of roller blading and hockey is cool together.

This is just a thread for anyone with experience to post tips, advice, equipment, etc.

I'm an ice hockey goalie, but want to be a 'skater' in inline hockey.
