Dr. Randy Gregg was selected in the waiver draft way back in the late 80s by the Flames and promptly retired.who did that happen with? I'm not doubting you, just don't recall it
All good, man I forgot all about the waiver draft. But looking Gregg up... he did finish his career with the Canucks though, so he retired, then came out of retirement to play for them? Feels like there may have been other reasons for the retirement.Dr. Randy Gregg was selected in the waiver draft way back in the late 80s by the Flames and promptly retired.
EDIT - My memory failed me, it was actually the Canucks. Oops.
Dr. Randy Gregg was a medical school resident for most of the 5 cup wins, and I believe he retired at least 3 times during his orthopedic surgury residency but was coerced into coming back. All good, man I forgot all about the waiver draft. Immediately think of that 8 pt game.8 points isn't enough for greedy McDavid, he wants all the points for himself, he'll never win a cup with this selfishness
